How can I be sure that my booking has been confirmed?
Once a booking is made, a sum up page is displayed on the web site. It shows all the necessary data which will then be sent to the e-mail address you have provided during the registration process. If you are still unsure about a confirmation of a particular booking, you may contact our call centre by e-mail, telephone or chat.
Who processes my bookings?
All bookings are automatically processed by the system and by our suppliers, however Italian escapade’s operation team will maintain a regular supervision on all bookings to make sure every customer is fully satisfied.
How can I cancel or amend a reservation?
To cancel or modify a booking, you need to access the relevant files through the dedicated section "File search". By clicking on the booking number you can process the booking from within and so proceed with the booking amendment or possible cancellation.
In case of cancellation, are any fees charged?
Should you need to cancel a booking before the deadline indicated on the confirmation, no fee will be charged. On the other hand, fees will be charged as stated in the section "Terms and Conditions".
Which payment methods can I use?
All bookings can be paid through the web site by credit cards. We accept Visa or Mastercard . All necessary information can also be found under the section "Terms and Conditions".
Are my credit card details protected?

The default currency of the website is Euro. However the currency can be changed and all the bookings can be visualised and paid either in USD, EURO or GBP, according to the choice made. You can change to the requested currency by entering the section "User Management", and clicking on the sub menu "company information".
Are fees intended per person or per room?
All fees shown indicate the total of all nights and passengers. To view a price breakdown you need to click on the item's price.
What type of documents shall I hand in to my customers?
Once the booking has been completely finalised and paid in full, you will be able to print the vouchers which must be delivered or emailed to your customers. Vouchers will be available for all the items you have booked and paid and are essential to your customers as they include vital information such us pick up times and points, suppliers telephone numbers etc.
Additionally, as you access the management section of your account, you can print the details of the purchased products and the customer’s balance.
Which is the difference between an "immediate" availability and an "on request" availability on the booking system?
Accomodation, transfers, and guided tours with immediate availability can be booked and paid immediately thanks to the available allotments. For those items showing "on request", it may be necessary to wait for a confirmation reply from our staff.
If the requested accommodation or service is not available we will offer an alternative that will be communicated to you via e-mail within maximum 2 working days.
How can I access the website if I have lost my password?
In case your password is lost or forgotten, you can get it back by clicking on the link "forgotten password?" then, entering the company name and the user e-mail provided during registration. An automatic system will e-mail your password.
Which is the commission applied on the purchased service?
All the prices of the products available on the website are net prices and include local taxes and services. The website allows you to customize the prices and thus define the selling price to the end consumer by accessing the administration section of the appropriate account on the website. All you have to do is access the section "Company Data", then click on the button "change" on the relevant page. Upon payment, you must then, however, pay the net price to Italianescapade.com.

How many rooms can I book simultaneously?
The system allows you to book a maximum of 9 people at one time. If you wish to book a group of 10 or more travellers, please send a detailed request to the following address: booking@italianescapade.com.
What happens to the hotel booking if the customer is delayed or no-show?
All reserved rooms remain available until 05:00 local time of the morning after the date of arrival.
